Is Caregen Legit? Caregen Peptide Brand Review
Is Caregen legit? Caregen is a South Korean company, and its site reads like a corporate and investor site rather than a store. On September 29, 2026 caregen.co.kr, mostly in Korean with an English switch, described biomimetic peptide research and manufacturing since 2001, a KOSDAQ listing since 2015, and sales through partners and licensing in food supplements, medical devices, cosmeceuticals and pharmaceuticals. It had no cart, no price list and no consumer policies. We describe what the site publishes; the judgement is yours.
Caregen holds no rank here; the home board orders paid entries by bid, which this review does not touch.
What caregen.co.kr publishes today (checked September 29, 2026)
In short: a listed Korean company, 주식회사 케어젠 (Caregen Co., Ltd.), with a Seoul head office, a research centre, factories and a business registration number in the footer, a sales inbox and phone lines, an investor relations and disclosure section, and no shop, no certificates and no shipping or refund terms. The detail, page by page:
| Item | What we saw | Page |
|---|---|---|
| Research-use statement | None. Caregen presents its peptides as ingredients and products for health supplements, medical devices, cosmeceuticals and pharmaceuticals, sold through partners. | Home |
| Certificates or testing page | No certificate or batch testing page on the pages we loaded. A production capability section describes high-purity, high-stability manufacturing in general terms. | Home |
| Named testing lab | None named. | Home, Research activity page |
| Contact route | [email protected]; head office 02-2136-3800 (fax 02-563-6839); R&D centre 031-420-9200; factory 031-420-9300; a Korean-language inquiry form for general, partnership and recruitment questions. | Footer, Contact form |
| Shipping policy | Not published; there is no consumer shop. The site lists global distribution and licensing as the route to market. | Home |
| Refund or returns policy | Not published, for the same reason. The privacy notice under the contact form still contains example placeholder text rather than filled-in partner names. | Contact form |
| Company name or address | (주)케어젠, Caregen; head office Caregen Building, 23 Yeoksam-ro 98-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul 06188; peptide R&D centre in Anyang; first factory and cosmetics lab in Gunpo; a peptide foundry in Hwaseong; business registration number 214-86-88555. | Footer, Location |
| Product range | The home page cites founding in 2001, a KOSDAQ listing in 2015, 856 registered patents, 1,800+ peptide assets and exports to 140 countries. | Home |
Put simply, Caregen is a publicly listed manufacturer with a full corporate footprint on its site, and it is not a place where an individual buys a vial. Anyone meeting Caregen-branded peptides for sale should ask which licensed partner is selling them.
Reading the public signals
Among the brands on this site, Caregen publishes the most traditional corporate identity: a registration number, a head office street address, named research and factory sites with their own phone numbers, and an investor relations section with disclosures and shareholder structure. That is the profile of a company regulated as a listed issuer, which a buyer can check through public filings.
What it does not publish is anything a retail buyer would use: no price, no cart, no certificate, no shipping or refund terms. The site's figures on patents, peptide assets and export countries are the company's own statements; we did not check them against filings.
The practical consequence is about resellers. Because Caregen sells through distributors and licensees, a web shop offering Caregen peptides is a third party, and the useful question is whether Caregen recognises that seller.
Applying the checks to Caregen
- Confirm the seller, not the maker. If a shop offers Caregen peptides, email [email protected] and ask whether that shop is an authorised partner.
- Check the company record. Caregen's listing and disclosures can be read through Korea's public disclosure system; the site links to its own disclosure page.
- Ask for batch documents from the partner. Caregen posts no certificates, so a buyer needs the batch documentation from whoever actually sells the product.
- Use the English switch. Most detail is in Korean; the site's English version is the place to confirm what we summarise here.
When a manufacturer sells only through partners, our guide to peptide scam red flags explains the seller checks that still apply.
FAQ
Is Caregen legit?
We do not issue that verdict. On September 29, 2026 caregen.co.kr described a Korean peptide company founded in 2001 and listed on KOSDAQ in 2015, with a Seoul head office, factories and a business registration number. It runs no consumer shop and posts no certificates, shipping or refund terms.
Does Caregen publish third party testing?
Not on the pages we loaded. The site describes its manufacturing in general terms but names no testing lab and links no certificates. Since it sells through partners, ask the partner selling a product for its batch documents.
Is Caregen ranked on the BestPeptideBrand board?
No. The board is paid placement in bid order, and this review of Caregen's corporate site neither lists nor ranks it there.
