Taken together, True Peptide Labs is strong on testing paperwork and weak on the written promises around an order. You can read who tested a lot before buying, but on the day we looked you could not read what happens if the parcel is late, lost or unwanted.
Reading the public signals
The certificate library is unusually complete for a young store. It counts its own reports, dates the latest one, and each PDF carries the lab's name, an accession number and a search code. The about page also states the lab and the methods, so the claim and the document point the same way.
The order-side policies are the gap. Two footer links lead to pages whose body reads “Page Not Found”, the dispatch cutoff differs between the home page and the terms, and support hours differ between the contact and about pages.
