Is Simple Peptide Legit? Simple Peptide Peptide Brand Review
Is Simple Peptide legit? On September 29, 2026 simplepeptide.com presented itself as a family-run research materials store in Delray Beach, Florida, owned by Melex Technologies LLC, with a phone line, a ticketed support desk and a searchable certificate archive. We set out what the site says; you decide what it is worth.
The direct answer from its own pages: Simple Peptide names its owner, its founders, a street address and a toll-free number, and it points buyers to a lot archive rather than a single sample certificate. The catch is in the fine print. Its FAQ, its shipping page and its terms give three different return windows, and the one certificate image we opened from its gallery was for a skincare cream with no lot number. Prices and current lots sit behind a free research account, so we could not see them.
The board on our home page sells its order to the highest bid, so nothing in this Simple Peptide write-up is a ranking.
What simplepeptide.com publishes today (checked September 29, 2026)
Every row below comes from a page on simplepeptide.com that we opened on September 29, 2026; the right-hand column names it.
| Item | What we saw | Page |
|---|---|---|
| Research-use statement | Footer: “All products on this site are for research and development use only” and not for human consumption. It adds that Simple Peptide is neither a 503A compounding pharmacy nor a 503B outsourcing facility. Terms section 3 repeats it in capitals. | Home, Terms & Conditions |
| Certificates or testing page | A quality page with a gallery of reference certificates and a COA archive searchable by product, lot or accession number. The quality page says certificates issued from May 2026 onward add sterility, endotoxin and net peptide content, and that the lot certificate is the controlling record, not a gallery image. | Quality, COA archive, Request a COA |
| Named testing lab | No lab named in the page text. The gallery certificate we opened was issued by Freedom Diagnostics to “Simple Peptides”, accession 2503270023, reported March 28, 2025, for a product called Copper Glow, a 50 mL cream, with the lot shown as N/A. | Quality (gallery image) |
| Contact route | Phone 1-877-711-0702, [email protected], and a Zendesk ticket desk with chat when available. The contact page gives hours of Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 6 PM ET; the home page promises support “seven days a week”. | Contact, Home |
| Shipping policy | US addresses only. Orders placed before 2 PM ET Monday to Friday ship the same day by 2nd Day Air; PO boxes go by USPS. A lost or delayed parcel can be reshipped 7 business days after the scheduled delivery date once the carrier confirms its status. | Shipping & Returns |
| Refund or returns policy | Three versions. Shipping & Returns: refund requests within 30 days of the purchase date for unopened items. FAQ: unopened items “may be eligible for return within seven days of delivery”. Terms section 24: 30 days of delivery, with an RMA number required first. The buyer pays return postage in each. | Shipping & Returns, FAQ, Terms & Conditions |
| Company name or address | “Simple Peptide is owned and operated by Melex Technologies LLC, founded by Alex and Melissa Ehrenthal.” Address 6586 W Atlantic Ave Ste #1112, Delray Beach, FL 33446. The about page says it started small in 2019 and fully launched in 2023. | Home, About |
| Product range | Research peptides plus oral peptides, dissolvable strips, aminos and lipotropics, a skincare line and closeout items, and a separate Simple Life Science platform for larger lab projects. Pricing and current lots require a free account. | Home |
In plain terms, simplepeptide.com is unusually open about who owns it and how to call it, and it has built a proper lot archive. The loose ends are policy wording and dates: three return windows that do not agree, support hours that do not match the home page promise, and a gallery certificate that predates the testing panel the site now describes. None of that says anything about product quality; it tells a buyer which questions to ask before paying.
Reading the public signals
What stands out first is accountability. The footer names both the LLC behind the store and its two founders, next to a Delray Beach suite address and a toll-free line. That gives a buyer an entity to look up in the Florida business registry and a person-shaped contact route rather than an anonymous form.
The testing story is carefully worded. The site says the lot certificate controls and that a gallery image is only a reference, which is the right way round. The one gallery image we opened shows why: it is an early 2025 report for a cream with no lot number, useful as a sample of the lab's format and nothing more. The archive, which needs a lot or accession number from your own label, is the place to look.
The returns muddle is the finding to act on. Seven days of delivery, 30 days of delivery and 30 days of purchase are three different deadlines, and a buyer returning a sealed item near the edge of any of them will want to know which one the company will honour.
Applying the checks to Simple Peptide
- Search the archive with your own label. Enter the lot or accession number from your vial or packing slip at simplepeptide.com/coa, not a product name alone.
- Confirm the report at the lab. Freedom Diagnostics prints a search code on its certificates; enter it at the lab's own lookup and compare the two copies.
- Pin down the return deadline. Before ordering, ask support by email which of the three return windows applies, and ask for an RMA number in writing if you plan to return.
- Look up Melex Technologies LLC. Check the Florida registry for the company and see whether the Delray Beach address matches.
Our peptide COA guide walks through how to read a lot certificate and confirm it with the issuing lab.
FAQ
Is Simple Peptide legit?
We do not hand out that label. On September 29, 2026 simplepeptide.com named its owner, Melex Technologies LLC, its founders, a Delray Beach, Florida address and a toll-free number, and offered a searchable lot certificate archive. Its FAQ, shipping page and terms gave three different return windows, so confirm which one applies before you order.
Does Simple Peptide publish third party testing?
It publishes a certificate archive you can search by product, lot or accession number, and says certificates from May 2026 onward include sterility, endotoxin, purity and net content. The page text names no lab; a gallery certificate we opened was from Freedom Diagnostics, dated March 2025, for a cream with no lot number. Use the lot number on your own label.
Is Simple Peptide ranked on the BestPeptideBrand board?
Not by this article. The board is paid placement ordered by bid amount, and a review of what simplepeptide.com publishes cannot put Simple Peptide on it, move it, or take it off.
