Is Voy Legit? Voy Peptide Brand Review

Is Voy legit? Voy is a UK online clinic, formerly called MANUAL, that prescribes licensed medicines by subscription, so this review looks at the company, the pharmacy and the terms of sale. On September 29, 2026 joinvoy.com named all three, with a company number and a pharmacist registration. We describe what the site shows; the judgement is yours.

What joinvoy.com publishes today (checked September 29, 2026)

The short answer: Voy is operated by Menwell Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with a published company number, VAT number and London registered office, and it names its own pharmacy and the superintendent pharmacist with a GPhC number. Its terms set out rolling monthly subscriptions for prescription plans and a 14-day change-of-mind right that covers only non-prescription items. Two different support numbers appear on its pages. For a UK patient the essentials are in place and checkable: the operator is on the public company register, the pharmacy has a named superintendent with a registration number, and the terms explain renewal and cancellation. The things to read closely are the subscription rules for prescription plans, since the 14-day change-of-mind right does not cover them, and which phone number to use, since the site shows two with different hours.

Reading the public signals

Accountability is strong by the standard of online clinics. A company number and registered office let anyone look Menwell Limited up at Companies House, and a GPhC number lets anyone check the pharmacy and pharmacist on the GPhC register. The history of the brand, from MANUAL to Voy, is set out on the about page rather than hidden.

The marketing leans on large figures, 1.5 million patients, research publications and university partners, and on menu labels that quote maximum results for named medicines. Those are the company's own presentation; we did not check them against their sources.

Two small inconsistencies are worth knowing: the pharmacist's name appears with and without a middle name on different pages, and the support number differs between header and footer. Neither changes who is responsible; both suggest calling the number printed in your order emails.

What this means before you subscribe

If you want a clinic whose operator and pharmacy you can look up, joinvoy.com gives you the identifiers to do it. If you want to know what you can cancel and when, the treatment-specific terms of sale are the pages to read, and they differ between weight, testosterone and hair plans.

This review does not assess any medicine; that is for a prescriber. Everything above comes from the site as it read on September 29, 2026.

FAQ

Is Voy legit?

That is for you to decide. On September 29, 2026 joinvoy.com named Menwell Limited, company number 11476975, with a London registered office, named Voy Pharmacy with GPhC registration 2063362, and published terms for rolling monthly prescription subscriptions. It showed two different support phone numbers.

Does Voy publish third party testing?

Product testing is not the relevant document for a clinic prescribing licensed medicines. The checkable items are the GPhC registration of Voy Pharmacy and the company record for Menwell Limited, both of which the site publishes.

Is Voy ranked on the BestPeptideBrand board?

This page confers no rank. The board lists paid spots in order of bid, and Voy would be there only if it bought one.
