Is ReflexMD Legit? ReflexMD Peptide Brand Review
Is ReflexMD legit? ReflexMD sells a month-to-month telehealth membership in which an online consultation can lead to a GLP-1 prescription shipped from a pharmacy. On September 29, 2026 its home page loaded only as an interactive questionnaire, so we read its about, fulfillment, terms and telehealth pages instead. We set out what those pages say; the decision is yours.
The direct answer from its policy pages: ReflexMD names its company, ReflexMD, Inc., with terms under Delaware law last revised on September 21, 2026, and lists an email and two phone numbers. It says paid monthly fees cannot be refunded, and that residents outside California must phone to cancel, at least two days before renewal. It does not name the medical groups whose providers prescribe, the pharmacies that dispense, or a street address, and one policy page still contains a leftover editing note, “ADD CC PICS”.
Nothing on this ReflexMD page is a ranking; the home board is ordered purely by bid.
What reflexmd.com publishes today (checked September 29, 2026)
ReflexMD is a subscription telehealth service for semaglutide and related GLP-1 prescriptions, not a research peptide seller, so some rows record that an item does not apply. Rows are from reflexmd.com on September 29, 2026; its home page is a script-driven sign-up flow, so most detail comes from its policy pages.
| Item | What we saw | Page |
|---|---|---|
| Research-use statement | Not applicable. ReflexMD arranges prescriptions through a telehealth platform; no research-use wording appears. | About Us, Terms |
| Certificates or testing page | None. The terms describe pharmacy services through third-party pharmacies, none named. | Terms and Conditions of Use |
| Named testing lab | None named. | Terms, Fulfillment Policy |
| Contact route | [email protected] and +1-888-807-2462 in the site footer; +1 (866) 849-6382 on the fulfillment page for cancellations. The help centre at help.reflexmd.com returned a 403 block, so we could not load it on September 29, 2026. | Site footer, Fulfillment Policy, help centre |
| Shipping policy | The pharmacy typically takes 3 to 6 business days to process an order, then ships overnight; most clients receive medication within 1 week of the prescription. | Fulfillment Policy |
| Refund or returns policy | “Any monthly fees you have already paid cannot be refunded.” Membership renews automatically unless cancelled at least two days before renewal. Non-California residents must cancel by phone; California residents may phone or email. | Fulfillment Policy |
| Company name or address | ReflexMD, Inc. owns and operates the site; terms governed by Delaware law, last revised September 21, 2026, with an arbitration clause. Medical groups and providers are referred to generally, not by name. No street address on the pages we loaded. | Terms and Conditions of Use, footer |
| Product range | A month-to-month membership with online consultation and, where prescribed, GLP-1 medication such as semaglutide shipped to the home; the about page says doctors prefer lower-cost generic alternatives where possible. | About Us, home page title |
| Outside checks linked | The footer links to a LegitScript lookup for reflexmd.com and a HIPAA compliance verification page from a compliance vendor. We did not load either result. | Site footer |
In plain sentences: ReflexMD names the company behind it and publishes its money rules clearly, and those rules favour the company: no refund of any paid month, automatic renewal, and phone-only cancellation for most customers through a number that differs from the main support line. It does not say who prescribes or which pharmacy makes and ships the medicine, and it gives no address. The leftover “ADD CC PICS” note on the fulfillment page suggests that page has not been fully reviewed.
Reading the public signals
What ReflexMD shows is the commercial frame: a named corporation, dated terms, a subscription with written delivery times and a clear statement that paid months are not refunded. A buyer knows what they are agreeing to financially, which is more than a bare storefront offers.
What it leaves out is the clinical chain. The terms talk about medical groups, providers and pharmacies in general words, but no group, clinician network or pharmacy is named on the pages we loaded. For a prescription medicine shipped by post, those are the parties whose licences a patient would want to check.
The cancellation design deserves attention. Requiring a phone call to cancel, except for California residents, on a different number from the main support line, and at least two days before renewal, makes stopping the subscription harder than starting it. Note the number and the renewal date before you sign up.
Applying the checks to ReflexMD
- Ask who prescribes and who dispenses. Before paying, email [email protected] for the medical group and pharmacy names, then check their licences with your state boards.
- Save the cancellation number. Keep +1 (866) 849-6382 and your renewal date; outside California, cancellation is by phone at least two days before renewal.
- Expect no refund on a paid month. The fulfillment page says paid monthly fees are not refundable, so decide before each renewal.

FAQ
Is ReflexMD legit?
We do not issue that verdict. On September 29, 2026 reflexmd.com named ReflexMD, Inc., with Delaware-law terms revised September 21, 2026, an email and phone lines, and a month-to-month membership. Paid months are not refundable and most customers must cancel by phone. It did not name its medical groups, pharmacies or a street address.
Does ReflexMD publish third party testing?
No. ReflexMD is a telehealth subscription, and its pages describe third-party pharmacies without naming them and show no certificates. Ask support which pharmacy fills your prescription and check its licence with the state board of pharmacy.
Is ReflexMD ranked on the BestPeptideBrand board?
No rank comes from this review. The board lists paid placements by bid amount, and our reading of ReflexMD's policy pages does not place it there.
