Is Auspep Legit? Auspep Peptide Brand Review
Is Auspep legit? Auspep is an Australian peptide manufacturer and laboratory supplier based in Tullamarine, near Melbourne airport. On September 29, 2026 auspep.com.au described catalogue and custom peptides for research, GMP manufacture of peptide drug substances for clinical trials and commercial supply, and distribution of other makers' reagents. It carried a blunt notice: Auspep is “UNABLE to supply peptide products, or testing and analysis services to any buyer other than Bona Fide registered research or manufacturing bodies.” We describe what the site says and leave the judgement to you.
In plain terms: Auspep publishes a street address and a PO box in Tullamarine, a free call number, phone, fax and email, delivery times by product type, and a statement that a certificate of analysis ships with every peptide. It says its GMP business, Auspep Clinical Peptides Pty Ltd, is registered and inspected by Australia's Therapeutic Goods Administration, and that its other work runs under an ISO 9001:2015 quality system. It posts no online prices, no terms of sale and no returns policy: orders are quoted and confirmed by email.
Our home board orders paid listings purely by bid, and nothing on this Auspep page is a ranking.

In sentences: Auspep names a GMP company, gives an industrial street address and a PO box, several phone lines and an email, and explains delivery times and how peptide weight is stated on the vial. It names its regulator rather than a testing lab, and it publishes no prices, terms of sale or returns policy, which fits a business that quotes each order to institutions. Some pages show raw template code such as “[elementor-template id="1801"]” where a form should be, a sign of an unfinished site update rather than anything about the products.
Reading the public signals
The strongest signal on auspep.com.au is regulatory. A GMP arm that says it is registered and inspected by the TGA is making a claim that can be checked against a public regulator, and the site also offers documentation support for customers filing drug applications, which only an established manufacturer would offer. The claims that Auspep is the only GMP accredited, or only TGA registered, peptide plant in Australia are the company's own and are not shown with evidence.
The site is also unusually helpful on a detail buyers often miss: it explains that its peptides are sold by gross weight including counter-ions and water unless net weight is requested, and that peptide content is not the same thing as purity. That matters when comparing prices between suppliers.
For an individual, the practical answer is simple: Auspep will not sell to you. For a registered lab, what to settle next is commercial, since terms, prices and returns are all set in the quotation.
Applying the checks to Auspep
- Check the TGA registration. Look up Auspep Clinical Peptides Pty Ltd in the TGA's public records of licensed manufacturers.
- Check the ABN. Search the company names in the Australian Business Register and compare the Tullamarine address.
- Ask for net weight if you need it. Default labelling is gross weight; specify net peptide weight on the quote if your work depends on it.
- Get terms on the quotation. No returns or sale terms are published, so ask for them with the quote.

FAQ
Is Auspep legit?
We do not issue that verdict. On September 29, 2026 auspep.com.au described a Tullamarine, Victoria peptide manufacturer with a TGA-registered GMP company, gave a street address, phone lines and email, and said it supplies only registered research or manufacturing bodies. It published no prices, sale terms or returns policy.
Does Auspep publish third party testing?
Not publicly. Auspep says a certificate of analysis ships with every peptide and cites an ISO 9001:2015 quality system and TGA oversight of its GMP operation, but names no outside testing lab and posts no certificates online.
Is Auspep ranked on the BestPeptideBrand board?
No ranking results from this review. The board is a paid list in bid order, and an Australian manufacturer that sells only to institutions would appear there only by bidding.
