Is 25 Again Legit? 25 Again Peptide Brand Review
Is 25 Again legit? The first thing 25again.com said on September 29, 2026 was that the name is being retired: a banner across the top read “25 Again is now ennu. Visit us at ennu.co”. Underneath, the old site still ran in full, with clinic addresses, phone lines, a $199 assessment offer and membership pages. We record both sites as we found them; the judgement is yours.
The short answer: 25 Again is a group of physical clinics in Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio with published addresses, phone numbers and opening hours, so there is a real place to walk into. The paperwork is less tidy. The footer names Concordia Practice Management, LLC, the membership terms name Body Shapes Medical Management, LLC, and the page titled Membership Terms and Conditions is actually a general website terms of use with no cancellation or refund rules that we could find. The brand is also mid-change to ennu, whose home page showed aesthetic services only.
Places on the home board are sold by bid, and this 25 Again write-up is no ranking.
What 25again.com publishes today (checked September 29, 2026)
25 Again is an in-person clinic group for hormone therapy, weight management and aesthetics, not a peptide seller, so some rows note that an item does not apply. The rows record 25again.com and ennu.co as they read on September 29, 2026.
| Item | What we saw | Page |
|---|---|---|
| Research-use statement | Not applicable. 25 Again offers clinician-led hormone therapy, a weight management program and aesthetic services at its clinics, not research chemicals. | Home |
| Certificates or testing page | None for products. Blood work is part of the “Optimal Full Body Health Assessment”, offered at $199 as a “Summer Special”; no pharmacy or product source is named. | Home |
| Named testing lab | None named on the pages we loaded. | Home, FAQ |
| Contact route | Toll-free 1-866-420-9260, [email protected], separate new-member and current-member phone lines for each clinic, and a contact form. Clinic hours Monday 9am to 5pm, Tuesday 9am to 7pm, Wednesday and Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 2pm. | Home, Locations, Membership Terms |
| Shipping policy | Not applicable; services are delivered at the clinics. No shipping page is linked. | Home |
| Refund or returns policy | None found. The footer link “Membership Terms and Conditions” opens a website terms of use and we found no cancellation or refund clause in it. The FAQ says the clinics do not take insurance. | Membership Terms and Conditions, FAQ |
| Company name or address | Two names: the footer reads “© 2025 Concordia Practice Management, LLC.” and the terms say the site is operated by Body Shapes Medical Management, LLC, a Kentucky LLC. Six clinics are listed: two in Louisville and one each in Lexington and Crestview Hills, Kentucky, New Albany, Indiana, and Cincinnati, Ohio, each with a street address. | Home, Membership Terms, Locations |
| Product range | Hormone therapy, a medical weight management program, primary care and age management, and aesthetics such as neurotoxins, fillers, chemical peels and microneedling, sold through memberships. | Home |
| Rebrand | Banner: “25 Again is now ennu.” The ennu.co home page presented ENNU Aesthetics with aesthetic services, three locations (Springhurst, Fern Creek, New Albany) and an SMS line, (502) 200-1595. The newest 25again.com article listed is dated March 14, 2024. | Home, ennu.co |
In sentences: 25 Again is a bricks and mortar clinic group with six published addresses and a phone line at each, which is more accountability than an online-only seller offers. Against that, the site names two different companies without explaining the link, publishes no membership cancellation or refund terms we could find, still runs a summer offer at the end of September, and points visitors to a new brand, ennu, whose home page covered aesthetics only. A patient has to ask the clinic directly which company they are contracting with and on what terms.
Reading the public signals
The physical footprint is the main public signal. Street addresses in three states, clinic hours and separate lines for new and existing members show a business that sees patients in person. A buyer can visit, ask to meet the provider, and check that provider's licence with the state board.
The rebrand muddies the rest. The old site says the brand is now ennu, but it has not been updated to match: its offers and articles are dated, and the new site's home page lists aesthetics at three locations rather than the six clinics and hormone services on 25again.com. Whether hormone and weight programs continue under the new name is not answered on either home page.
The contract question is the one to settle before paying. With two LLC names on the site and no membership terms that describe cancellation, the written agreement you sign at the clinic is the only place those rules will appear. The FAQ also answers several health questions in absolute terms; those are the clinic's own marketing statements, and a buyer's own doctor is the right person to weigh them.
Applying the checks to 25 Again
- Ask which company you contract with. Before signing a membership, ask whether the agreement is with Concordia Practice Management, LLC, Body Shapes Medical Management, LLC, or a medical practice, and look it up in the Kentucky business registry.
- Get the cancellation terms in writing. Ask for the membership agreement, including notice period and refund rules, before any payment.
- Check the provider's licence. Note the name of the clinician who sees you and confirm it on the state board site for that clinic's state.
- Confirm the service still runs under ennu. If you are booking hormone or weight services, call the clinic and ask whether they continue after the rebrand.

FAQ
Is 25 Again legit?
We do not decide that for you. On September 29, 2026 25again.com listed six clinics in Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio with addresses, phone lines and hours, named two different LLCs, showed no cancellation or refund terms we could find, and carried a banner saying the brand is now ennu. Ask for the written membership agreement before paying.
Does 25 Again publish third party testing?
Not in the way a peptide seller would. 25 Again is a clinic group, and its site names no pharmacy, product source or outside lab. Blood tests are part of its paid health assessment. Ask the clinic which pharmacy supplies any prescription and check that pharmacy's state licence.
Is 25 Again ranked on the BestPeptideBrand board?
This page gives it no rank. The board is paid placement ordered by bid, and our notes on 25again.com and ennu.co have nothing to do with where, or whether, the brand appears there.
